A Stunning Mahogany Ladies Leather Desk c1890s
This desk is in very good condition. It is a very good quality one that has a stunning patina and its original leather that is to die for!
The desk stands on superbly shaped queen ann style cabriole legs with a pad foot supporting the main section. This main section has two large drawers that run smoothly and have the most wonderful brass drop handles. To the edge of the desk it is carved in places and there is a small mahogany trim all around. The leather itself has been beautifully worn yet has no rips or tears which is amazing. The leather is a brown tan colour with gold trim around the edge.
This would look well in any room of an old or modern property alongside mahogany furniture.
The height is 78 cm, the width is 107 cm and the depth is 50 cm.
