This cupboard is in good condition. It is made from original Georgian/Victorian doors with a handmade carcass. The doors are in their original paint and the carcass has been painted to match the doors. This is truly stunning! It is very heavy so I will require you to have two strong men to take the cupboard off the van from me. I will have a set of piano wheels that you can use for 5-10 minutes (obviously the piano wheels will not work on pebble drives etc). I am prepared to help if you can only find one person.
This cupboard would look well in an old or modern property in any room for any type of storage purpose amongst similar painted shabby chic furniture. It would look particularly well in the ultra modern kitchen that are generally white / grey and black as a wow factor free standing item of furniture.
This cupboard stands on a square plinth supporting the main section where there are two large doors. The doors have two tall thin panels that are slightly oval. Above the panels there is a square grill section and to the top there is an arched grill section. Behind the doors there are shelves for storage and the shelves are fixed. The space between the bottom shelf and the next one is 63cm and then another 63cm and the top shelf is 60cm. The internal width is 97cm and the internal depth is 41cm. There are small wooden turned wedges that keep the doors closed. The top has a standard graduated cornice. The paintwork is a lovely light green with crackled glaze.
The height is 207cm, the width is 109cm and the depth is 51cm.
